Waldorf Riley Heating Cooling Plumbing out of Wellington did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC unit. The team that installed was professional, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, and left my home clean. I was doing some other work at the time and they worked with and around the other contractors really well. There was an issue with my propane pressure coming into the house and they sent technicians Jessie and Caleb to sort it out and both were very knowledgeable and professional. It was an extra service the company did that really sold me on their service. Caleb answered another handful of questions that helped me understand the new unit. Lastly, they helped me work the details of an Evergy rebate that got me a little money back. Highly recommend their services for any HVAC installation or repair.

It started with a call to the Waldorf Riley Company. My heater was not working well and the Service Technician Steve was so knowledgeable and caring. The heater was replaced and the Installers, Andy and Caleb went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated for sure. From the office, things went very smooth thanks to Christine and Kiley. Also, Chad explained the mechanical arrangements to me while there! Thanks so much all!

We had Jess and Cole work on our drain pipe. Cleaned out roots and got our water flowing again. We are happy with the results.

Highly recommend this company. Andy, Gage and Caleb came out today. They installed two mini splits in two different buildings on our property. They were amazing. So polite and friendly. Hands down the best plumbing/hvac company around. They were able to work around my schedule and get someone on site in a timely manner. Tony was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer multiple questions pertaining to the current job as well as future needs I would have. He was also able to answer hvac questions I had. I manage a local apartment complex. I had a water main line break on a Saturday. It was flooding the area and it was approximately 20°. I called and they got back to me in less than 30 minutes. 2 plumbers came out, Tony G and Jess H. They were quick to diagnose and start getting it fixed. Due to weather and shut off restrictions I needed it fixed right away. They were able to get it fixed fast and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better guys. I asked questions they answered. They were friendly and professional. Recommended them!
